How a job goes

Common questions

How much does concrete curbing cost in Cache Valley?

Most residential jobs are quoted by the linear foot after we walk the yard. Length, color, stamp, and access change the number. The estimate is free.

How long does landscape curbing take to install?

A typical house yard is a single day: mark, pour, stamp or color if you asked for it, and clean up. Larger lots or commercial islands can run longer.

Can you add color or a stamped pattern?

Yes. Integral color and stamped textures are both available. Bring a photo of the house so we match the rock or brick instead of guessing.

Will concrete curbing survive Cache Valley winters?

A continuous pour on a compacted base holds up to freeze-thaw better than plastic edging or stacked block. That is why we pour in place instead of setting pieces.

What cities do you serve?

Logan, North Logan, Hyde Park, Smithfield, Hyrum, Providence, Nibley, Wellsville, Richmond, Millville, and the rest of Cache Valley. Lewiston, Mendon, Paradise, and Preston are fine when we can pair them with another north- or south-end pour.

Should I install sprinklers before or after curbing?

Pour the curb first if the sprinklers are not in yet. Then the heads can be set to the finished edge instead of the curb landing on a line. If the system is already in, we mark heads before we cut the path.

When can I walk on new curb?

Keep kids, pets, and wheelbarrows off it for 24 to 48 hours. It will feel hard the first day. Full cure is about 28 days, so do not drive a car over it, even later.

Do I need sealer on colored or stamped curb?

Color and stamp hold up better with sealer. Gray curb does not need it. We will say which one you have before we leave the yard.
